The Nines - Hint of Release Date

As of April 1, 2008, Slipknot's official website has displayed a splash teaser page featuring what has been speculated to be new masks or insight towards the album's cover. Much speculation was made that this was simply an April Fool's joke, but has been confirmed to be legitimate.
On April 10, 2008, Slipknot's official website began displaying another splash teaser of a member of the band running through a farmyard.
On April 19, 2008 Slipknot added yet another teaser picture to their website; this one showed all 9 band members staring down at the camera with masks that resemble the ones shown in the earlier teasers. It is possible that the sounds that we can hear during the showing of the splash may have a connection with the new songs. They may resemble the title or the lyrics content.
As mentioned previously in the comments, It should also be noted that a new splash teaser seems to be posted every 9 days, most likely relating to the nine members. The 81 days gives enough time for Slipknot to possibly release the new album or a brand new single on possibly the 81st or 90th day which would co-incide with a late July / Early August release.
