What is Music Nation.com, you ask? Around the office, we like to say, “It’s a community of artists. Making it. Together.” But what does that mean? The answer is ever evolving: -New tools for bands. -New content. -Interviews with people you care about, about things you'd like to know about. -New ways to connect and interact with fans. -Fun stuff fans can take elsewhere. -Competitions (if you’re into that kind of thing). -Recording contracts (if you want ‘em). If there’s something you want that’s not here, let us know. That’s part of the making it together bit. Create an artist profile page. Upload videos, MP3s, photos, slideshows, and anything else you like. Get the attention of the fans, and, well, we’ll help you get the attention of the world.
In the Music Nation.com we can get anything abaout music, like some trick to be a good Guitarist, Drumer, Bassis and and another else. There is some example that have in Music Nation.com. Trick of to be a good Drummer or about air drumming. Last week we reminded you that air drumming -- just as much as air guitar playing -- is a valid category of the antics that we seek for our TRICKS OF THE TRADE competition (at stake: $500 and a fog machine). We offered a bit of air drumming inspiration by showing you Mr. Bean, a.k.a. Rowan Atkinson, in a live stage performance of the best air drumming solo we've ever seen. But somehow we missed this. Click below for the trailer to new movie Adventures of Power, written, directed and starring Ari Gold (not to be confused with Jeremy Piven's power agent from the HBO series Entourage -- even though Vinnie Chase does play a cameo role in Adventures in Power). Here's a film that promises to finally give air drumming its due. The trailer alone may inspire a few of you in The Nation to cue up Tom Sawyer, make your best Neil Peart scowl, nail those fills, and put yourself in competition for a new fog machine and some cold hard cash. $500 makes for a nice down payment on some real drums.
